Health Smart Wearables

Technology has always been contributing to the fields of health and medical sciences. From the manufacturing of stethoscopes to the smart gadgets of nowadays technology has been observed in the service of health and medical sciences. But today we will be discussing some of the smart health inventions.

Smart Shirt

The smart shirt keeps the track of air inhaled and exhaled by observing the stretching and contraction of fabrics. The smart shirt also measures heart rate, pulse rate, and also keeps the track of the movement of the body.

Smart Belt

The smart belt measures waist, sitting time, and daily steps. It is connected to the app on our phone and provides feedback over there. It looks like a normal belt, it is not something that cannot be used normally. It looks quite normal which makes it useable for any type of person.

Smart Socks

What if we had something that can identify the points of fatigue. Smart socks are able to do the job. Besides this, it counts the daily steps, keeps track of posture, and also tells us about the right position to put in our foot while walking, jogging, or running. It also provides feedback and suggestions to us about our health through the app.

Smart Shoes

It gives information about posture, health, daily steps, calories, and ways to improve the health of the user. It also communicates to the user with the help of the app.

Almost all of the smart wearables are connected to smartphones. These smart wearables usually are build to compensate for the shortcomings of smartphones. There are many ways in which a smartphone falls short, but, through the gadgets, these shortcomings can be compensated.
